*      Partnerships with organizations, such as, World Food Programme (WFP), UNICEF, CARE, World Bank, Sasakawa Memorial Health Foundation, German Pharma Health Fund (GPHF) and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) have been established in the Region.

*      National focal point to coordinate these activities has been identified in each country, but there is need for greater political commitment.

*      Collaboration with Asian Centre for International Parasite Control (ACIPAC) for training personnel for capacity building in the countries.

*      Availability of health education materials to inculcate preventive habits and personal hygiene of school children.
