Effective communication and coordination between the
various ministries and institutions involved in the NDPCP is critical to
successful programme implementation. It is highly
recommended that the MOPH develop a management plan that clearly designates
lines of authority for policy decisions and supervision, and outlines a plan
for communication and coordination.
