Effective communication and coordination between the
various ministries and institutions involved in the NDPCP is critical to
successful programme implementation. Other than a
monthly newsletter, it is unclear how such communication and coordination
will be carried out. Although the NDPCP is in the early stages of
implementation, the review team saw no management, communication or
coordination plans.
