Comprehensive Guidelines for Prevention and Control of Dengue and Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever

Dengue fever is the fastest emerging arboviral infection spread by Aedes aegypti mosquitoes, putting 2,5 billion people at-risk, of which, 52% lives in South-East Asia region of the World Health Organization (WHO. Frequent outbreaks occur dengue becomes a major public health concern. There is urgent need to strengthen national programmes for control of dengue fever and dengue haemorrhagic fever.
