Immunization handbook for medical officers- Reprint 2017

The Operational Guidelines for Routine Immunization in India was developed for the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India by WHO Country Office for India.

Inputs from all stakeholders and partner agencies have been incorporated to ensure latitude in topics and perspective. This is advised as mandatory reading for everyone involved in routine immunization. The immunization specific training of medical officers is based on these guidelines.

These guidelines will be of interest to public health professionals as well as undergraduate / post graduate students and faculty in health / public health or allied fields.

The first edition was launched in 2006. The 3rd edition is updated as of October 2017 and available for download.
