PHI Key Informant Survey survey: In preparation for the
meeting and drafting of country reports please register and
complete PHI Key Informant survey by 10th September.
Conference participants will be also contacted by Institute
for Social Research at the University of Michigan, which is
conducting the survey on behalf of WHO.
