From Delhi Airports to Hotel – The Heritage Village, Manesar

The organizers have contracted with a local transporter which will arrange the taxi service (air conditioned), on request to transfer the participants from Indira Gandhi International / Domestic Airports , Delhi to The Heritage Village , Manesar, Gurgaon at INR.1100/- per two adults with baggage. Transfer from Manesar, Gurgaon to Indira Gandhi International Airport (at the end of the meeting) will cost INR 1000/- per two adults with baggage. These charges need to be paid by the participants.

The request for this Taxi facility should be made with the hotel (Ms Monica Sharma) at the time of booking Hotel Room.

In case this practice is not observed, the participant will be responsible for his/her transportation to the Hotel
